In 1999 we started with sales of HP laserprinter spareparts. Now Service Parts expanded to a multi vendor parts Distributor to all kind of ICT companies like Dealers, Resellers, TPM Comapnies, Repair and service organisations, shops etc. including additional services like call-screening support, parts sourcing , exchange service, consignment stock and other solutions in various countries.
As our naim sais we concentrate only on service in parts. We mainly focus on the brand Hewlett Packard. Because availability is such a strong service argument we take care of optimum service stock. Our main stock consists of the most common parts per machine but besides this we also stock the exotic parts. Because of the coherence between spare part, options and complete equipment we mostly able to to offer a good solution. Because of this you can lower your stock levels and work more cost effective. Besides Distribution of spare parts we also have our own in house Repair Centre with experiences technicians.

Of all HP equipment we offer all parts for replacement, options, add-ons, accessories etc. Our stock contains 15000 different items of laserprinters, MFP machines, Designjets, Servers and Notebooks. Besides parts we also carry complete equipment in stock. This offers you as customer the possibilitie of a first hit in Service.

For all kind of branded notebooks, laptops, netbooks etc. we supply Batteries en AC adapters from stock. OEM and alternative (Compatible) for a super price. Options and add-on's.
Products that from manufactoring cannot be supplied anymore (ie. EOL: End Of Life) we are still able to offer. Of the entire range from oldest to most recent equipment, laserprinters, designjets and servers we are carriing stock. We mainly concentrate on crucial parts like supplies, optional items, trayoptions, jetdirects, mfp drives, extra harddisks, memory modules, processors, postscript modules, copy stands, sorterunits, staplers, manual feeds, enveloppe etc etc. All existing options and add-ons. However when an option is not in stock because of our extensive supplier broadband we are convinced to get the part in for an interesting price.
Complete equipment
The entire range of complete machines are available at your service. For supply, renting or as a temporary spare machine. All models laserjets ,MFP's but also Designjets, Servers etc. This concerns used, Refurbished , ex Demo and new models. Refurbished means that the machine has been fully inspected tested and cleaned and all parts have been replaced that neede to be replaced for maintenance. Ordering a part opens a possibility for returning one. This can be done with fusers ,maintanancekits and certain complete units. We receive and check the returned part and give a credit for that. In this way the envronmet is saved and we are able to reuse the item. This can also be done when you by new equipment. By our experience we know what items need to be exchangable. Refurbishment
Fusers , maintenacekits and complete equipment is being high quality refurbished by our Refubishment department. This means all worn componens are preventively replaced before they worn out fully.ie on a fusers we replace not only the gears and upper but also the bushings for upper and lower, the lower pressure roller, heating element and other inside parts that cut down the life cycle. This way of operation develops a trusted qualityproduct with a low warranty percentage below 1%. Warranty period is 6 months and ends after 200.000 runs. It is no-nonsense based and re-supplied to you on an advance basis.
Repair Centre
Besides the distribution of speare parts we also have our own repair facility where equipment is being repaired and refurbished. all refurbished products are professionally reworkde to meet the highest standarts. No minimum ordervalue
We do not have bariers like ordervalue and above a value of €100,- we offer a free service in the Benelux. To further cutdown the costs its also possible to add lines to a smaller existing order. This order can stay open until further notice or released ath the moment that value is reached.
Next day delivery
Orders are dispatch same day before 16:30h as when we have stock. This can be shipped wit all couriers.

We are the specialists inthe supply chain of servixce and open for all kind of taylored solutions. Like blind drop shipments etc etc We cannot be traced back with these kind of shipments so this is a safe way of doing business.
